Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all commercial relationships between The World Poster, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the website www.theworldposter.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer." They apply to all products offered on the site, namely posters.

2.1 Products offered for sale are those listed on www.theworldposter.com at the time of viewing by the Customer. 2.2 The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

3.1 The Customer can place an order on www.theworldposter.com. 3.2 Order confirmation by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. 3.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is an existing dispute or in case of insufficient stock.

4.1 Payment is made at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the site: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard). 4.2 Complete details about payment methods are available on the site's payment page. 4.3 The order will only be considered final after confirmation of full payment.

5.1 Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer during ordering. 5.2 Delivery times are indicated to the Customer at the time of order. These times are provided as guidelines only. 5.3 In case of significant delay, the Customer will be notified by email. 5.4 Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and clearly indicated before final validation.

6.1 In accordance with Article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. 6.2 Methods for exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as return and refund policies, are detailed on the shipping page of the site.

7.1 Products sold on the site benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. 7.2 Any claim must be addressed to customer service, whose contact details are on the shipping page. 7.3 Claim processing methods and applicable warranties are detailed on the shipping page.

9.1 All elements of the website www.theworldposter.com, whether visual or audio, including underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. 9.2 Images and posters sold on the site are the exclusive intellectual property of The World Poster. Any total or partial reproduction, modification, or use of these elements, for any reason and on any medium, without express prior consent from The World Poster, is strictly prohibited.

10.1 The Seller cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike of postal services, means of transport, and/or communications. 10.2 The Seller's liability cannot be engaged for any indirect damage resulting from use of products purchased on the site.

11.1 These T&Cs are governed by French law. 11.2 In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

12.1 The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. 12.2 Applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time the order is placed by the Customer.
